I just discovered Wikipedia’s WikiProject Indiana, “formed to foster better articles on the U.S. state of Indiana with a spirit of cooperation.”

maybe i just don’t know how to navigate through it but i’m not finding any articles except boring demographics. i’d be curious to see the difference in the current demographics to the 2000 census however. the population demographics seem eskew to what i’ve seen. i also don’t buy the median incomes either. is those demographics are correct indiana seems to be in a sad state of affairs. it’ll be interesting to keep an eye on it and see new contributions.

Yeah, it’s mainly a place for those “staffers” who wiki about Indiana-related stuff. So it’s mostly fact-checking discussions, minor bickering, and similar semi-behind-the-scenes orders of business.

Actually, though, I came across it while trolling around for info about Jim Jones’ time in Indiana (in particular, info about when he was selling second-hand lab monkeys door to door, said monkeys apparently having been bought from IU). That particular discussion had a few interesting links scattered around.
