My responsibilities for RO include serving as dev lead for CMS integrations and custom development for enterprise-scale international web sites. Development of custom features and CMS components, themeing, client-side coding, release management, development coordination across multiple onshore and offshore teams, production support, customer support, as well as CMS admin interface design and development.

I am also RO's primary accessibility expert, advising internal dev and editorial staff on best practices, consulting with staff and clients, performing accessibility reviews and audits of major international web presences, triaging and directing code and content fixes, and coordinating accessibility mitigations with third-party dev teams and stakeholders. This requires that I stay up to date with the latest information, industry best practices, and legal developments worldwide.
